The mission of the Washington Park Association (WPA) is to work with the community to revitalize, maintain, and protect Washington Park in Hudson County, New Jersey and promote its use through the development of programs and activities that enhance the quality of life of park users and local residents.

Short-term Goal: Make Fort Greene and Clinton Hill a better place to live by hosting park cleanups, creating artistic functional additions to the neighborhood (such as the glass-concrete bench), and raising money to donate to the Fort Greene Park Conservancy.   Long-term Goal: One-Earth.com's goal is to index the world's environmental solutions.
